Controller
MoreFights (morefights.eu) is the controller for personal data processed on this platform.
What we publish
On public pages we show events, gyms and fight cards. Fighter names and records appear on event pages. Contact details are never public. Full fighter profiles live in the dashboard.
Legal bases
The sports register and event pages are processed on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Advertising cookies and contextual ads run only after consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Accounts are processed to perform the contract with gyms, promoters and fighters.
Retention
Public event results stay as a sports record. Account and organisation data are kept while the account is active and for a limited period after closure for security and legal claims. Consent choices are stored for about six months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion. Use the report form at /melden. Claimed dashboard profiles can be managed after login.
Minors
Fighters under 18 are not shown on public event cards or profiles without the same guards as the rest of the register: no index, no ads, guardian consent for video.
